Client Feedback & Academic Outcomes
"Considerate, intelligent, and prepared."
"Don’t let the low price fool you into thinking Alex’s services are 'cheap' or any less effective than an expensive tutor. Alex helped me study for my SAT and has consistently been incredibly helpful and kind during sessions while also being incredibly prepared with resources and practice readily available. Examples being SAT common vocab words list, SAT practice questions, SAT books, and an intensive understanding of tools like Desmos. Overall I would highly recommend Alex as a tutor due to his ability to teach kindly and efficiently at such a good price."
"Finally understanding microeconomics"
"Alex is an amazing tutor! He explains Intermediate Microeconomic Theory in a way that makes difficult concepts much easier to understand. After working with him, I finally understand what’s going on in class and feel much more confident with the material. He is patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure everything makes sense before moving on. I highly recommend Alex to anyone struggling with microeconomics!"
"Knowledgeable, patient and guides you in the right direction"
"I've worked with Alex for 2 sessions now for my college math course Discrete Math & Logic and I can tell you for sure, he knows his stuff!! He has a wealth of knowledge and showed me how to come up with answers without outright giving them up like some tutors may do out of impatience. He taught me how to properly construct truth tables in order to find answers and broke down logical laws in the simplest way possible to understand. He's your guy if you're looking for a truly humble, patient and reliant math wizard."
"Instrumental in completing assignments with confidence"
"I highly recommend this tutor for Probability and Statistics. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explained concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He also helped me with RStudio for my Econometrics class, making sure I understood both the statistical concepts and how to apply them in R. His guidance was instrumental in helping me complete my assignments with confidence. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for support in Statistics, Probability, Econometrics, or RStudio."

"Broke down difficult concepts & adapted to my needs"
"Alex S. helped me improve throughout a summer statistics course. He broke down difficult concepts and explained details behind why a solution was correct. He was also available for multiple sessions a week which was helpful as it was an accelerated class. He always provided additional resources and adapted when I needed to review multiple topics in one session."
"Super patient and knowledgeable tutor"
"Alex has been super helpful with my daughter studying for the SAT. She is very stubborn when it comes to asking for help. I actually heard her on the phone the other day saying 'it’s actually very helpful and my tutor is smart bro'. Thank you Alex!!"
"Explains concepts until they click"
"Alex helped me to study for a very challenging and unique test. He has a strong understanding of grammatical rules, does an excellent job explaining concepts that are difficult to grasp, and has access to very helpful materials. If I do not understand something the first time, he always finds another way to explain it until it clicks."
